ABOUT US

We love to work with people who love what they do – just like us.

Jane McLaughlin

I’ve been helping people to communicate for over 25 years. I’m a creative communications and brand strategist, specializing in design, delivery, innovation, future trends and behavior change.

I’m passionate about using creative and simple ways to communicate – finding the cut-through to express an idea and bring it to life.

I specialise in the creative use of the web and social media, from strategy and design to writing, project management and getting my hands dirty with the code too. (A bit of a guilty pleasure for me, it has to be said).

My work has taken me from Edinburgh to Brighton and London and Spain, across sectors, from Britain’s Got Talent and international corporations to grassroots community organisations and the creative industries – helping each to connect with their audience and transform the customer experience.

I have produced award-winning campaigns, digital strategy, corporate and sustainability reporting, and behaviour change initiatives for the water industry, including South East Water, Southern Water, Affinity Water and SES Water.

As serial entrepreneur, I’ve also previously founded a number of companies, including an award-winning artisan gluten free bakery (with Ed Synnott), as well as running a pink caravan cafe on a cliff top (as one does).

I love living by the sea. I make a mean cocktail, love great food and I’ll talk music with anyone who will listen.

Ed Synnott

I am a professional writer, sustainable cities expert and serial entrepreneur. From having grown and sold courgettes to the hotel trade as a child in Australia, right through to establishing (with Jane McLaughlin) an award-winning gluten free bakery on the UK’s south coast, my creativity is at the heart of all writing and professional life.

My work has centred on sustainability inspired themes and has spanned over 22 years focusing on major projects in world cities, including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and city sustainability strategies for London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Auckland and Tianjin.

In my spare time I love to cook and firmly believe that good food nourishes the soul.

I also run the sustainability practice Tynos Consulting.
