Affinity Water

Jane McLaughlin held a creative workshop with Affinity Water, to help the water company to consider and plan for transformation of their digital service offering.

Staff from across the company came together for a lively afternoon, to consider how digital and social media can help to engage with their customers, as well as considering who the customers are and what they are looking for.

The workshop and output report is a key part of the company’s overall digital transformation process.
