The Lunar Works & Tynos Consulting worked closely with Open and Agile Smart Cities (OASC) who represent cities globally, to develop a wide-ranging white paper with a thematic focus on sharing city data, ownership and control and on what more cities can do to prepare for and embed digital transformation and open data practices. The white paper, entitled ‘The Digital City Starts Here: Act After Reading’ highlights the dangers for cities in being left behind in the data and digital revolution, and the opportunities for cities in becoming data enabled and draws on two roundtables with cities. It was sponsored by AWS.
