As part of our long-term digital transformation and engagement work with water supply company, South East Water, we created an online engagement campaign to support their Business Plan 2015-2020 consultation process.

The five-yearly process to determine water bills from 2015 to 2020 ventured into unchartered regulatory and customer engagement territory for all water companies.

Jane McLaughlin¬†created the digital communications for the South East Water’s Business Plan, including creating a microsite, online consultation and social media campaign and webinars.
